Ecologically & Locally Farmed & Foraged Food
Good food grown in a good way for our local communities.
What We’re About
Caring for ourselves
We grow healthy food for our local communities so that our family, friends and neighbours can enjoy food security and good nutrition.

Caring for the earth
We practice ecologically sound agricultural and land stewardship methods. We farm by caring for the earth.
Caring for each other
We create food sovereignty and community resiliency by building local networks of mutual care and sustenance.

Why We Do This

We know that food is a basic living need and a universal human right. We know that farming is being taken over by corporations and industrial production methods. We know this is leading to increasing food insecurity, economic insecurity, political instability and the destruction of the environment.
We also know that the meals we put on the dinner table are a reflection of what we value and that they affect not only our health but also the future of our children and our planet.
We know that now is the time to eat our values.
At Fish Tree Farm, we are partners with the earth to bring you food that is:
- Nutritious
- Ethical
- Ecological
- Local
- Seasonal
